No. Not because it is uniformly dangerous but because there is essentially nothing to book, it is the district with the most documented policing problems, and it is neither near the centre nor convenient for either port. Stay in the centre or Ano Poli and visit by day if you want to see it.
Reputation against reality. The local press has used sensational framing for this quarter for years. Set against that, the concrete documented record is specific and narrower: poor lighting on four named streets, drug activity in particular alleys, assaults on officers during interventions, and repeated inclusion in patrol priorities. The estate as a whole is a poor, ordinary, largely elderly residential neighbourhood.
