What Roloi is actually like
Not a district but Neapoli's central square - formally Plateia Eirinis, universally called Roloi, the clock. It sits at the junction of Venizelou and Andrea Papandreou and is the neighbourhood's default meeting point: locals say they will meet at the clock, not at the square. There is a fountain, benches, older people sitting out and younger crowds in the evening. No crime reporting names Roloi specifically; it is the most overlooked and best-used public space in the municipality. Two weekly street markets (laiki) set up within the area mapped as Roloi: Neapoli's Saturday market, on Ag. Stefanou street and Iasonidou avenue from Andrea Papandreou, and Sykies's Wednesday market on Riga Feraiou street.
