A district south of the city centre, in the city's 2nd (formerly Southern) municipal district, lying south of Terpsi and Pratsika and north of Zarouchleika and Kypseli, with Agiou Ioanni Pratsika and Vyzantiou streets as its main roads. It is named after Dimitris Psachos, a doctor who served in the Balkan Wars and the First World War and owned land here. It is residential and low-key: older houses and small blocks, local shops, a settled population, no institutions and no visitor interest. The municipal regulation holds a Tuesday street market in the neighbouring Agios Ioannis Pratsika area, alternating every four months between two sets of streets. Zarouchleika, its better-documented neighbour to the south, appears in police patrol lists, burglary hotspot lists and incident reporting for 2024-2026; Psahou appears in none of them.
